Rachana Jain – Founder & Principal Consultant

Rachana has done BE and has 14 years of diverse experience across verticals like IT consulting (in MNCs like LTI & Capgemini) and IT recruitment. She has hired for different geographies including PAN India, Middle East, Europe, and NA region across various tech roles. She brings personalized, bespoke search services with deep industry knowledge and an extensive network.
